Actually agree. Kamala didn't seem as prepared. She just parroted talking points. It's clear she's vying for presidency and thought this debate was below her.

Pence, for all I disagree about his general position on several things, did incredibly well. It was a pleasurable debate all around compared to the presidential shitshow we witnessed. Pence won handily. You can tell because every leftist media outlet is covering flygate instead of the debate. Kamala was simply outclassed because she clearly didn't prepare as well as pence. She had the moderator in her corner attempting to cut Pence off before he finished his sentence (you always allow the speaker to finish their point) and still absolutely ate shit when confronted about passing her opinions as "facts".

She had absolutely no preparation for what Pence brought to the debate. She expected to be targeted for her gender and skin color because she's got it in her leftist addled mind people actually care what color she is. She wasn't prepared to defend Biden's 47 years of piss poor do-nothing policies. She thinks so little of Biden. I'm shocked, frankly, he picked this vile woman as his VP. It really speaks to his do-nothing character. There were so many better candidates who would've respected him. The debate made it more clear than ever that Kamala and her hubris are running the show and Biden will be second string to the furthest left "real presidental" candidate the Democrats have ever run.

paging @exGOPer your candidates fucking suck. I'd love to hear what ShariaBlue tells you to say about this debate. I'm sure it'll be hilarious.

  4. Haven’t watched the debate yet, but thanks for your analysis. I did note the Leftists were conspiculously silent after the debate. I’ll follow up if I see anything interesting.

  5. Just finished watching the debate. Both candidates had some rough spots, particularly early on but both seemed competent.

Overall, Kamala won the debate for being more in touch and quicker on her feet than Pence.

I believe the candidates would have been more powerful if they focused on answering the question rather than marketing by parroting the talking points we’ve already heard a bunch of times in the media. The terms “Cringeworthy” and “Eyeroll” come to mind.

While neither of these candidates would likely be mistaken for a statesmen, I would not feel embarrassed if either one became President.

I gave Kamala the edge in the pandemic response question. She had potential to do more damage to the Trump campaign than than she did. Interestingly, when Pence was asked what he would do if Trump became disabled, he pursed his lips. There could be a couple of likely interpretations to this, but one interpretation was the question was a bit of a stressor for Pence. From there, there may be internal or external implications. For now, I’ll leave it at that. At one point, Pence had terrible tonality in his voice, suggestive of deception. Pence made an ass out of himself when he tried to make a political statement about Kamala making a political statement while not being responsive to the moderator’s question.

On the economy, neither candidate seemed that strong. I gave them a tie. Harris seemed professional by the way she handled Pence’s interruption and frequent running over on time. I had the impression that Pence felt more defensive than confident as may be indicated by him taking extra time. Kamala, an experienced prosecutor, certainly knows how to win in the court of public opinion.

Kamala won on climate. Pence seemed fixated on fracking and taxes. Kamala made excellent counterpoints and seemed more in tune with various demographics on the subject. Pence appealed to his base.

On China relationship that evolved to Commander-In-Chief competence, Pence won by his focus on US interests.

The Supreme Court questions were very well contested with Pence pressing Kamala Harris on Supreme Court packing and her comeback with Abe Lincoln’s decision to not nominate a Supreme Court justice so close to an Presidental Election. Pence might have won or at least tied Kamala on this subject, but Pence exceeded his allocated time and pressed on. I wonder if Kamala anticipated this would happen? As it is, Kamala won.

Racial Divide was another well contested question. Pence made the great point that Kamala should respect the grand jury’s decision in the death of Breona Taylor as they had the chance to review the evidence directly. Kamala was particularly specific on this issue. Pence mentioned rioter, looters, and supporting police, but missed an opportunity to expand on failure of Democrat leadership in that area. Kamala stood out for her professionalism. Overall, I’ll call this subject a tie.

On the peaceful transition of power, Pence repeatedly said they would win, diminishing his credibility on the question. Kamala mentioned the Biden campaign had the support of Independents, some key Republicans including 7 members of the Bush family. Personally, her answer of having Bush family support was a show stopper in a negative sense for me. Kamala just validated the necessity of Trump’s “Clean up the Swamp” promise. Other than my personal take, I felt Kamala gets the nod here.

In the “Bring the country together” essay question by an eight year old, both candidates gave great answers, with the edge going to Kamala for her seemingly being more in touch than Pence.

Although Kamala clearly won the debate, I have a dilemma. I have personally participated in protests against Bush. I see Bush as “Swampster in Chief”(SIC). My deep state conspiracy theory really gained credibility in my mind. However, I now question Trump’s leadership. As much as I like Kamala and would like to see what she can do as President, being on the same side as Bush is a no go for me. Gun to my head with orders choose or die now, I have to pick Trump. I am not happy about this at all.

  9. So Jake is telling us that Kamala will have trouble dealing with men on the world stage when she becomes President if Joe is elected?

As I have said many times, our enemies are all dancing in the streets and salivating over the possibility of a Biden victory, if it goes that way.

Also, maybe Jake has another little theory he can pull out of his arse to explain why a woman- Tulsi Gabbard- devastated Skank in the dem primary debates. Let's see now. Skank does not hold up well against women and now Jake informs us that she does not hold up well against men. Okay, I guess. OR NOT.

  10. You're kidding, right? Pence was masterful at answering questions he was never asked. Seems you were both in the same parallel universe.

Pence only confirmed his status as a sycophantic turd. Why else would Trump have held on to him for so long? Demonstrably, no one else has been able to put up with that shit for so long, apart from Melania, who's waiting (and waiting) for a payday.
