Why? There's virtually no volume or open interest past the first 2 or 3 contract months.

 

futures are quarterly expiration, now they make it monthly expiration, nothing to do with volume.

 

Regular CL already goes out 10-11 years.

 

Energies have always been monthly expiration. Sheesh, you don't know much about futures, do you?
