If their tech support were open now, I'd be bugging them, but since it's not: I'm brand new to MetaStock and I've been at this for a coupla hours. For the life of me, I can't bring up a simple realtime 1 minute chart of the ES. I tried every button and every configuration, to no avail. The furthest I got was an ES Continuous that goes back 5 years. No realtime movement. I tried the front month... no data. My data feed status is reading green and ready. And I'm subscribed to the CME. Any hints?
You need MetaStock Pro to see intraday charts. Metastock is end-of-day only. If you have MetaStock Pro then you can select the timeframe for the chart in the bottom right corner the chart. If you are looking at a daily chart then you will see a "D". You can change this to 5-minute, 10-minute, etc. You will also need to open the individual contract instead of the continous contract. The symbols depend on which data service you have. If you are on Quotecenter I can tell you but I am not familiar with eSignal.
