Meta4 Brokers? Help.

I am looking for a listing or knowlege on all Metatrader brokers as I am familiar with it and value its EAs,custom indicators and ease of use (for me anyway). I would also like to know: 1.mini accounts?
2.Minimum deposit 3.less than full lots? 4.location.
