McCain will come out looking like a hero rallying Republican

  1. Republicans are revolting against the bailout plan. Just an assumption but McCain will rally the Republicans together to support it and will come out looking like a hero. If so, all part of the bigger picture.........

Not saying that it will happen but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

  2. he'll probably sneek an Amnesty into a bailout bll

I'll never ever vote this guy for anything after this

The man wasn't satisfied with McCain's answer. He asked McCain why the U.S. couldn't execute large-scale deportations, as he had heard they did in France and other countries.

The question seemed to pique McCain.

``In case you hadn't noticed, the thousands of people who have been relegated to ghettos have risen up and burned cars in France,'' McCain said. ``They've got huge problems in France. They have tremendous problems. The police can't even go into certain areas in the suburbs of Paris. I don't want that in the suburbs of America.''

Audience member David Netz, of Sioux Center, said he wasn't surprised that immigration a popular topic at Saturday's event.

``I think people are getting their information from so many different sources that they don't know what's going on, they think it's a conspiracy or something,'' Netz said. ``I'm glad McCain talked about it, because it's important and because I think the information needs to be shared.''

McCain's plan, he said, ``will have people's support only if they really know what's in it.''

  3. He should fake a heart attack to get the sympathy vote.

  4. he's going to come out looking like the schmuck he is.

as for the supposed debate he is scheduled to attend, it appears he will be either MIA, or 'held captive behind enemy lines', (by his own doing!)

either way, his (lack of) ability to 'bring people together', as he keeps harping about he is 'so good at', is on true display.

basically, he just 'reached across the aisle', and started taking punches at members of both sides!

It is truly amazing that it takes so much and so long for people to see through his facade.

This week's behavior will pretty much doom his ill-fated campaign, and possibly his political career as well.

Since his wife can carry him pasturing, it is not likely he will have to resort to prostituting himself as a GOP lobbyist.

    Good riddance.

  5. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FUCKNIG MIND!?

You display the kind of naivette, lack of insight and lack of intellect that marks the quintessential McCain/Palin voter.

  6. I know Karl Rove...

    ...and you're no Karl Rove.

McCain looks weak, timid and quite un-presidential.

  7. HAHAHAHA...
    answer - YES...

They are revolting against Bush. Long overdue. Not sure this is the right issue, but it's nice to see a few growing some balls.

I think Americans are so disgusted with the whole process. That its not likely to be clear who the heroes are.

Even if the bailout is stopped..this will be good in the long run but it will be painful in the short run

Like cauterizing a wound with a hot butter knife.
