McCabe must really starting to feel the heat

  1. The fbi/doj are a corrupt bunch so I dont necessarily conclude that he will be prosecuted even though a prosecutor could get an indictment on almost anyone with even less evidence. So one tactic the swamp can use to get him off is to just to make a weak effort and then say that they the doj went after him but the grand jury would not indict. That's possible anyway.

The other more likely scenario is that rosenstein wants to see mccabe prosecuted now in order to fulfill the publics demand to see some scalps taken without taking his. In other words, make him the scapegoat. And rosenstein will make comey the scapegoat too if he has to. Rosenstein is the premier survivor there and at the very epicenter of the swamp. He is the toughest one of them all to bring down and it has not and probably will not be easy to do so. But Sessions is going sooner or later and the next AG might assign Rosenstein elsewhere.

Even though I want to see McCabe prosecuted and convicted- as I have said before- I am 100% in favor of seeing him put on a good defense and getting a fair trial. We know, for example, that McCabe wants to defend himself against charges that he leaked info to the press by arguing that both Comey and Rosenstein knew about it and authorized it even though both deny it. Personally I believe McCabe on that count and they can work it out on the playground. Mix a little Bruce Ohr and Lisa Page and Strzok testimony in with it and get the rats to rat on each other. A process that is well under way. When Ohr testified the other day he identified over a dozen people in the doj/fbi who had direct involvement/knowledge of the dossier, for example.

Even if he skates, McCabe must be feeling the heat. Remember, he lost his early bird retirement which he expected to have with him when he left the doj/fbi. His plan was to go into the private sector and get a big law position there. Now he doesnt even know how much longer he is going to have his law license- a handy thing to have when interviewing for jobs as an attorney.

Dont get too weepy over him though. The fucker tried to overthrow a prevent a president candidate from winning, and he used governmental power to try to destroy people like carter page just to advance his own political witch-hunts. So we are supposed to contribute to his gofundme account for his defense on some piddling perjury charge? Ahhhhh. I dont think so. Dial 1-800-Tard for that.

  2. I just looked at wiki to see what McCabe is doing these days.

It says he is "a retired American attorney."

Okay fine. Early retirement is good I guess.

Except he lost his early retirement and the plan was for him to retire and go into the private sector and make big bucks. I guess that plan got changed along the way.

Bill Barr will be "revisiting" McCabe before long.

I stand by my assertion that he will eventually be prosecuted or have to take a plea deal for something, and there goes the law license. Not that he is working anyway.

Of course if he can run out the clock and a dem president is elected in 2020, then he is all set. We know that. And that may work for him - and the other fbi clowns- except they will still have to cross over a couple years of Bill Barr to get there. Good luck wit that.
