Price drivers proving out. Apple Watch sales off 90%. Shake Shack downgraded. Go Surf!!!! Stop eating like a homeless person, do some decent minimal exercise and you may live long enough to enjoy some success.
Thanks, banjo. Very kind of you. Yes, i have altered my diet, cut out all soda, most bread and only eat 2 high calorie meals per week on weekends. ( rather than once or twice per day like i did for years) plus walk, swim kayak and bike several times per week. Its worked so far from 230 to 213lbs but having difficulty getting below 210. The goal is 185.
Calories in, calories out: I was 265 last fall, presently 215. I walk 2 miles/day, and eat 1700 calories daily (eat what I want, though generally have to eat "healthy" in order to stave off hunger). Twinkie diet, Google it. It's not more complicated than that, but takes focus. Edit: now 225, not 215
Actually CICO is a bit of a fallacy. Nutritional density per calorie is also very important. You can eat twinkies for a while, but very few people could do it long-term...or limit calories to 1,700/day. Nutrient-dense, fiber-rich food is the key.
I certainly wasn't implying eating Twinkies long term was a good idea, but CICO certainly does work (n = 1 i.e., me). 1,700 calories/day isn't easy at first, but after a while meh.
