I was reading in a book tonight "How to Profit from the Next Bull Market" and the author was getting into Elliot Wave Theory. I"m like..... wtf. Then he talks about the best ever market-timer, Martin Armstrong? And I'm LOLing 'whuuuut?" Turns out, this author claims Armstrong has a proven track-record, and apparently there was a documentary movie made on him. Ummmmm... yet somehow I missed this. Who knew? Let's just say I don't believe in any of this shit, and have yet to watch it, but I plan to watch it sometime just out of entertainment only. For those interested:
this guy is one of the longer lasting grifters out there. He managed money claiming to have a superior quantitative analysis tool that ended up just being a sin-wave function or something stupid. Obviously, it began to lose a lot of money and he was thrown in prison lol.
