  1. Essentially, Bush is thinking that the price of oil is too low. Gotta do something to prop it back up. Can't have his buddies eatin' Mac N' Cheese!
     
  2. Kinda makes you wonder why they weren't quietly refilling it while prices were down under $55 this past winter instead of trying to refill it during driving season, when they just finished adding 35 cents or so per gallon to gas due to the reformulation switch on March 1st.

    Kinda makes you wonder if there is anyone in Washinton working for us with an IQ over 100. I could do better. Just give me a clicker to say when to refill it, and I'll just do it every time I decide gas is cheap enough to go refill my tanks and emergency jugs. Last time I did it was a few months ago when it was about 30 cents cheaper than today. On a per barrel basis it would have been about 10% cheaper doing it then.
