Moscow is surprising.

 

A lot of money was made very fast during the privatization of the Soviet Union. Not really surprising at all

 

beijing has much more billionaires than 100 if including corrupted communist officers and underground wealthy people

 

there are many more billionaires in NYC than they mention as well.

 

Really wealthy people stay as far away from the media light as they can. Between government shakedowns and kidnappings, the world is a dangerous place.

 

I thought Monte Carlo would be there.

 

If those Chinese billionaires are underground, then you would not even know them. How can anyone compile a list including them??

 

I only said the real number in China is much higher than shown in the link.
