I was living in Netherlands for 5 years. Weed is legal there. As easy to buy as bread or water. Never used tho, nor do i plan. Here's what i noticed. The junkies will stay junkies. The average people stays clean. Be it Netherlands or anywhere else. Well, except for Indonesia that gives death sentence for having any drugs with you.
