  1. In IB the market data subscription settings there is now an option for Bursa Malaysia.
@def is IB offering Malaysian stocks soon?

Palm Oil will be first (very soon). Stocks coming down the line a bit after.

  3. Malaysian Ringgit is not freely traded on international forex market. Will Ringgit currency pair be available on IBKR as well? If Ringgit is not easily accessible, even if Malaysian stocks are available, how can international investors buy Malaysian stocks?

Under his screenname def it says "sponsor", so yes he is a representative/employee of IB.

Based in Hong Kong, it seems, so expect any reply during their business hours.

Over the next few years, I doubt IB will offer Malaysian stocks.
The market capitalization is rather small.
If IB offers Malaysian stocks (and other countries' stocks), then IB would have billions of products under its care.

Malaysia's palm oil, rubber, and KLCI index futures are quite tradable.
But I stopped trading Bursa Malaysia products
as there are other more volatile things to trade.

less volatile ---> less chance of earning $$$
