By the numbers: In the first 20 months of the Trump administration, compared to the last 20 months of the Obama administration... SEC penalties and illicit profits returned dropped from $5 billion to $1.9 billion, a decline of 62%. Penalties from the Justice Department's criminal prosecutions dropped from $14.15 billion to $3.93 billion, or 72%. The Justice Department brought just 17 cases of misconduct by the banking industry, down from 71.
but remember, illegal brown voters are the real problem keeping the virtuous white American worker under their heel.
Did you read this shit? They are desperate! “Just two days before the election, Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp’s office launched an investigation Sunday into the Democratic Party after an alleged attempt to hack the state’s voter registration system,” the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports. “Kemp, who is the Republican candidate for governor on Tuesday’s ballot, didn’t provide any evidence of hacking when his office announced the probe. He faces Democrat Stacey Abrams in the election.” “The Democratic Party of Georgia called the allegation ‘100 percent false’ and ‘an abuse of power’ by Kemp’s office.”
Nevermind when they looked into Russian hacking of his voter rolls, the servers suddenly wiped themselves clean. Never thought I'd see such willing erosion of our democracy, without a single shot being fired.
They are being intentionally underfunded and brazenly being told to drop investigations as political favors and it won't even be subtle. No way Trump and his crew would not be making things go away for the right people.
I will agree that this is an enforcement trend that is not desirable but expected in context of the platform that Trump ran on for cutting federal regulations and oversight.
This is funny coming from a party that weaponized the IRS under the Obama Administration for political purposes and has taken over regulations to new extremes. For example, in California, a small business owner was fined $10,000 for having a leaking faucet that drained into a sink. The water travelled through a pipe that was corroded to a degree and as a result, the owner was charged under CA EPA water regulations regarding “contamination”. Also in California, a construction worker was told to climb down a ladder to talk to an OSHA inspector. After climbing down the ladder in the “wrong way”, the construction worker was given a large fine. Also in California, I personally received a $900.00 fine for being 15 minutes over hours on my truckers logs. The reason I was over hours was my loss of considerable time dealing with other regulations. When Democrats are in power, they use regulation as a partial source of funding for their overreaching agenda and political control. Excessive taxes is the other source. I am willing to bet that businesses that show financial and political support to the Democrats do not face the same enforcement that other businesses do. We have seen businesses publically support Democratic agenda. Not necessarily because they agree with it, rather that may fear retribution by the Radical Leftists if they don’t go along with it their agenda. Businesses are probably best served by showing, as well as voters for that matter, some backbone and standing up against Radical Leftist tactics. It is funny coming from a Democratic philosophy of feeling entitled to living one’s life at the expense of another. For example, in Oregon all roads are now effectively toll roads to interstate commerce through a per mile tax of $.21. For comparison, a well managed trucking company in a good economy can expect to make about $.10 per mile. It typically costs from $.06 to $.10 per mile for road upkeep. Where is the rest of this money going? In Pennslyvannia, There is a toll road that charges $.75 per mile to truckers. This is about double of what a typical company driver can expect to earn. In addition, the trucking company has to still pay PA’s high fuel tax rate for all miles travelled in PA. So who is really paying for all these taxes? Out of necessity, it is passed through to consumers who pay for these goods with money saved after state and Federal incomes taxes. Oh, then they have to pay a sales tax as well. Oh, and this is after they have paid fuel taxes in their trip over to the store. And so on. Regulation and taxes are oppressive under Democratic “leadership”. This is one of the reasons over taxed and over regulated California is seeing weaker griwth rates than more business friendly states. This is why the Democratic controlled inner cities offer little economic opportunity for their residents. Democrats: The ultimate slumlords. Do you really want a slumlord controlling your life?
