looking for the broker that charges $1K mth fee

There was a broker that had banners on ET that had really low commissions. They did charge a flat fee of $1000 per month to trade with them but if you do a lot of shares it was worth it.

I should have saved the name but didnt.

Hoping someone will direct me to them
