Looking for an IRA broker who is

Zero commission for equity and options, no 50 to 65 cent exchange fees, and allows credit spreads in an IRA, which I believe is Level 3. (Firstrade does not, btw.)

 

+ 3k/month honorarium for opening an account with them.

 

I believe the IRS does not allow IRA's to go beyond Level 2...And even with that, you are limited on what Level 2 you can do.

 

I have written spreads, short, call, for credit, at IB. Just want to pay lower fees.

 

Definitely not MerrilEdge. Stay away from ME.
