Time to sell the Bay Area and moved to South Fl with the rest of the grifters.

Not a chance. Bay area is the #1 destination for the recent college graduates that should tell you something. Not to mention the World's best weather, restaurant and art scene is only second to NYC, on the ocean and the Bay and two hours from Lake Tahoe/ Reno/ Yosemite, stones throw away from Napa/ Sonoma valleys and 90% of the World's venture capital, plus for a full time trader PST is ideal...
Let Florida receive and keep the grifters...

Weather is perfect we don't get extreme heat/ humidity or cold/ snow and the fog keeps the Bay green despite some parts of Ca experiencing extreme drought...

Are you a Realtor? I guess the weather patterns have changed..maybe you live over in the grease bay, I mean east bay.

Weather in the Bay Area is mediocre.
