London session trades everyday

Hello everyone I'm starting this thread for you to post every day London session trades. doesn't matter if they are currencies or stocks just post your trade and explanation and phycology behind the trade.

 

6h30 is enough for me but I know @maxinger trades all around the clock. He's a no life

 

When I started by day trading years ago, I live traded 25 hours/day.
And I demo traded (using playback function on the charting s/w) 25 hours/day during the weekends.
Really hard work and had to sweat blood.

So now I have a good idea how the big boys from Asia, Europe and the US trade & interact.


Now I day trade < 5 hours / day and
have plenty of time for my other hobbies.
