Despite today's incredible news (I mean Microsoft is buying LinkedIn), what do you think how will the price of the stock change in the future? What to expect from the both companies? Do you admit that this will be a very profitable deal?
initial short term pop, then MSFT will lay off all Linkedin staff, totally ruin it and run it into the ground, that's what history with MSFT suggests many many times ( I think, can't remember them, but Nokia recently ) So wait, Short and hold!!
Microsoft lacks innovation. LNKD is a social network which connects one unemployed worker with another unemployed worker. One useless company buying another. And you know it's bad when Cramer says it's good. LOL. So yes, time to short LNKD.
I can't agree that these two companies are useless. Each of them has made some contribution for sure.
