Live Excel downloads

I'd like to download my TWS portfolio page, or any other page, for that matter, into Excel with live data. I'm not a coder. Is there a really simple plug-and-play way to do this or a service?

 

Download the separate IB API and modify the spreadsheet that comes with it.

 

Suppose i need realtime data for 100 nasdaq stocks do i pay a monthly subscription fee?

 

Exchange fees stocks bundle is free for IB customers who actually put a trade on.

 

How did you get on? Any luck?
Do you require realtime data? What about 10-20 minute delayed, can you live with that?
