No, it's a an old video of George Floyd at age 16, appearing in court with his father in a civil proceeding over paying for the damage to the woman's car. He said this (the car jacking) was not the first time he'd been arrested, but was the first time he was convicted! Just the kind of guy Pelosi wants to honor... the same way we do our veterans when they die.
George Floyd's arrest history is widely known at this point, and was posted several times on this forum. The man served his purpose and was used as a martyr/rally cry for the progressive left to institute faux rage with the pretense that "Black Lives Matter" in the effort to cause civil unrest before an election, and rally black votes.
