List of Russian banks blocked from swift?

I tried googling it but can't find it. I know it isn't all of them.

Anyone have an actual list?

 

AFAIU the final list has not been publicized yet. So far the ones that certainly are blocked are Sberbank, VTB (or Vneshtorgbank), and Gazprombank.

And Russian central bank is of course sanctioned completely. More than just no SWIFT. A lot of the ballyhooed $600B in reserves that Russia has is held in countries that joined the sanctions.

 

Russia can still sell gold etc to other sovereigns to offset.
