Lightspeed hotkeys

I am looking to for a specific hotkey to trade using lightspeed..the reps there havent been helpful, but i know its common and can be set up..if someone here is an active trader using lightspeed, could you please PM me and I will email you my question

Lightspeed platform is dogshit and their tech department is even worse.

 

platform is fine but the support isnt great

 

Of course Lightspeed service is terrible. All their talented people walked out the door..They have problems..
