It's a self-destructive ideology; those bleeding hearts eventually turn pale and cry for Mother Government when they get so weak they can't even move. Averaging down a depreciating asset has the same effect...... you would think Liberals would pick a winning player for their team, or invest in talent. But they subsidize the most dysfunctional humans on the planet and refuse to change their position despite crushing losses.
I think Detroit is in some form of receivership under the republican governor's authority. The second paragraph states the the republican governor is pitching the idea. Now there is a study by a democrat regarding the flight of the natives and using immigrants to rebuild if feasible but again, it's the republican behind using immigrants in Detroit. And no EPI, mentioned on the second page, is not a republican think tank. Does anyone see where liberalism at its finest is? I found a reading comprehension site to help some of you: EnglishForEveryone. I have my doubts as to whether English is for everyone. I think a Republicanese-English dictionary may have to be developed for some people.
I would highly recommend that you take that online course! If you had read my original post, then you would have seen I wrote LIBERAL. At no point did I mention the word REPUBLICAN. If you had reading comprehension, then you would realize that the Democrat or Republican label does NOT tell you whether somebody is a liberal or a conservative. In NYC Bloomberg ran as a Republican, but did not stand for most conservative ideas. Many Democrat senators in coal states vote against Odumbo's destruction of the coal industry - they vote more conservatively.
