  3. When a person identifies as "the Cuban" that is very Canadian.

Refer to Pierre, Justin, and Margaret Trudeau for more on that.

That article did have a nice photo shot of the Chateau Frontenac in QC though. I have been held up in foxholes in Quebec City and Montreal many times.

Alberta Stands Apart in Canada. Now It Plans a Long-Shot Bid to Secede.

The country is just emerging from a period of political turmoil with a new prime minister in place. But now Alberta, a conservative Western province, is planning a referendum to break away.

Just as Canada tries to exit one crisis, another one looms.

The country is finding its footing after a protracted political transition to a new leader, amid President Trump’s tariffs and sovereignty threats.

But now the western province of Alberta is laying the groundwork to hold a referendum asking voters whether they support seceding from Canada.

While the likelihood of such a divorce ever happening is slim — Canada’s Constitution would have to be amended, among other obstacles — the momentum to put the question on the ballot points to deep grievances bubbling to the surface. (Some Albertans actually prefer becoming a U.S. state.):wtf:

  5. I wonder what the legality or implications are of offering tariff free trade with just one specific province in Canada. The province could not remove the Canadian imposed tariffs of course but if a hypothetical president wanted to reward a specific province within Canada that is pro-American. Let's just call that province Alberta.

    Asking for a friend.

Canada has been taking their citizens rights away but, the ignorant ET trolls and most Canadians are still fast asleep. They missed Justin Trudeau getting legislation passed where they can jail you for just saying anything against the Canadian government. Hell, they cannot even account the whereabouts of 500,000 illegals scheduled for deportation. In a hearing, a Canadian official was passing the buck at some other department and did not know where the supposed deportees are. In addition, Canada allowed 830,000 more illegals in. Social services for citizens being cut, housing shortage getting worst, higher taxes coming, trade war with the US and Canadian economy in trouble but, nothing beats Trump Derangement Syndrome is alive and well. Why are Canadian ET trolls obsessed with President Trump and the US deportations when they have far more problems in Canada?
