It is all about Brexit. The lefties know that the NHS is a sacred cow in the UK so they put it at the frontline of their opposition to Brexit. The argument being price and availability of medicine, staffing shortages, allegedly the hit to the economy from Brexit will necessitate NHS budget cuts. yaddy di yaddy dah. So you are supposed to look at the kid sleeping on the floor and the first thing you are supposed to think is that the NHS is already in the shiiter and now you are going to do Brexit. Also of course there is a prime minister election coming right up so no sparrow falls from the tree that is not Boris's fault. It's the way lefty politics work.
Well, I don't doubt that their system is overburdened. So is ours. Try getting seen at a municipal ER with something less than a fresh gunshot wound, and see what I mean. At least you can feel good about being the one who is paying for everyone else who will be there.
