The Lefties and their TV pundits- Andrew McCabe amongst them- are crying a river of outrage over the judge being arrested and held in jail until being booked and released instead of just being summoned to appear. Pretty funny actually, because they are also acknowledging that the facts do not look good for the defendant so they are beating the drums about her being physically arrested. Allegedly she is a person known and established in the community and likely to appear and no immediate threat to safety of anyone in the meantime. I will spare ya a recitation of the number times and instances where the DOJ under lefty leadership did absolute overkill, hyperdramatic physical arrests of persons (let's just call them republicans) who were 100% likely to appear or respond by attorney if summoned. Whatever. We know how the system works. Nevermind anyway, let em whine. As I said, the entertaining and telling part is that they sort of concede that the judge ain't lookin' good here. CNN even tried to get McCabe to go down the road of saying that the business of arresting someone at court is a total no-no and is outrageous. But he sort of fucked up and went off the CNN reservation and said that arresting is court is often the safest place to do it because you know that defendant is going to be there (rather than going to their house with their ms-13 buddies there) and that you know if they are in court they have passed through a metal detector so there are no guns. McCabe also said that ideally the arrest would be made out in a public area and the judge would be notified and that there would be no interruption of the court hearing, and then he said "but it looks like government did all that." And the government did not ask for bail of for her to be held, knowing that it was not needed. OOPS!!!!!!!!!!!! No one above the law?

CNN given prior notice of the raid so they could film it. etc. etc. If you gave him a summons he would have shown up and was no flight risk. But there he was in his Snoopy PJ's and flip flops in the middle of the night and yup the sixty men and assault vehicles they sent got him by jeezuss. Wayy to go.
