I am about ready to retire and want to trade options full-time. Anyone have experience with Larry McMillan's Intensive Options Mentoring program? If not, perhaps you could offer a suggestion for the best education available. I have traded part-time for 3 years but recognize that I need more education to make money consistently while trading full-time.
Xandman - did you use Volcube options trading simulator? I have traded options for 3 years, but mostly credit spreads and iron condors. Not much experience with other options trades, but definitely need to add other strategies to my toolbox.
Not exactly. I read the books written by Simon Gleadall, the founder. You will find the endorsement one of the Option's forum favorite authors, Euan Sinclair. He is also known as "Filthy" here and on the Wilmott forums. So based on my taxonomy of Options knowledge , I don't think you can beat the accelerated learning that www.volecube.com can offer. I have been a technical trainer in financial / technology field. This stuff makes me wet. Also, If you go beyond the two author's above, you are talking exotic derivatives not to our depth of doing business or purely an academic exercise at best.
Also, check the endorsement from the bank/derivatives trainees. This is the training wheels for pros. Put in 6 mos ( maybe less ) full time, Tim. And, read Sinclair. Then, you can mentor me.
