Maybe we can get lucky and Maduro will let us be anonymous while buying some sweet new Petro coins!

There are no crypto exchanges in the UK as the banks refuse to deal with anyone who wants to set one up. Mt Gox in Japan had a sterling market but that went bust. Usd and eur markets only.

people are starving in Venezuela, which once was a country more prosperous than most countries in Western Europe. I wouldn't want to help prop up a communist dictatorship.

It was a tongue in cheek comment on the absurdity of the Petro coins. I thought maybe anyone reading the link and the references to "...Maduro being a clown..." would catch my drift.

Don't let a good chuckle loosen that stick!

the opposition may call him a clown. however Maduro's daugher is worth 4 Billion because of her father. if anything the opposition are a bunch of corrupt, incompetent clowns who are incapable of removing maduro from the presidency.

Maybe they spend all their time droning on about unrelated subjects. Speaking of, do you have any comment on the UK/EU plan discussed in the article?

I'm not surprised. In the U.S. broker/dealers are reviewing ALL existing account (securities) information/documentation with an eye towards KYC and questioning anything inconsistent or even slightly outdated. Can't imagine the hoops crypto clients will have to go through.
