I just accepted an offer to join a healthcare startup as the Lead for Sales, Marketing and Special Projects in NYC. Salary is average. Possibility of industry-disruption is huge. I was not offered stock options until after a 4-month probation period. Any ideas on how to navigate negotiating stock options in a few months? I've never worked for a startup ever. They just did a Series A $3.5M funding, not sure of valuation. I've worked in the consulting/business development field for all of my life. Thank you in advance!
