    Good for Mark, I respect him standing up to the .Gov / SEC and proving them wrong.

    very glad he won, didn't think he did anything wrong.

    curious if he'll win when he goes after them for his legal fees.

    The government spent 180K on an expert whom they finally didn't call to testify...

    Also trying to convince Cuban in Dallas, good luck with that....

    This was an incredibly weak case by the SEC and government. It is shocking that they pursued it to trial.

    it's not only a SEC. same s** is everywhere. from IRS to US foreign policy. US gvt always picks the fight with a weak,small person,country etc..
