Judge in Chauvin trial calls out Rep. Waters for 'abhorrent' comment

I agree with him. Her rhetoric is similar to that of Trump's leading up to the insurrection. I like Judge Cahill's professional no-nonsense approach. However, having watched the concluding arguments today, Chauvin is guilty on all 3 charges.

That grin on Chauvin's face while he had Floyd restrained told me he's guilty. I've seen it before.

 

I think they will get him on third-degree murder and second-degree man, but not the 2D murder charge.

IMO the judge gave a guarantee of appeal/retrial by not moving the location of the trial. We shall see how it plays out.
