"You won’t hear it said anywhere else, but until the joint session of Congress and the Senate meet on January 6 — Joe Biden is not the president elect. Joe Biden is Not President Elect | One America News Network (oann.com)
Joe Biden IS the president-elect. That has been established by fact, law, and directive of our constitution. Just as how Donald J. Trump was impeached as president of the USA. That has been established by fact, law, and directive of our constitution.

Did you read my post? "Joe Biden IS the president-elect. That has been established by fact, law, and directive of our constitution. Just as how Donald J. Trump was impeached as president of the USA. That has been established by fact, law, and directive of our constitution." Read through my post very carefully. It is pure logic you are facing, sir. I'm doing it with one-half of my brain tied behind my back, just to make it fair. Joe Biden IS the president-elect, just as Donald Trump was impeached. These are pure FACTS.
I repeat: Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville to object electoral votes on Jan. 6 | One America News Network (oann.com) OAN Newsroom UPDATED 3:45 PM PT – Thursday, December 17, 2020 Senator-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) may be joining Republican efforts to challenge the electoral college vote count on January 6. According to reports on Thursday, Tuberville is likely to join Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) in this effort to push against votes for Joe Biden. When both chambers of Congress meet, Brooks indicated he plans to reject the electoral college vote submissions from states with flawed election systems. Brooks also noted it is within Congress’ lawful authority to “accept or reject electoral college submissions from states” that are “not worthy” of their trust. Although he already has support from within the House, Brooks would need just one senator to officially force both chambers to take a vote on the election. Rumors have circulated that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) may join in on these efforts as well, although neither has confirmed these plans. “We have no choice, but to win this election,” Tuberville stated while in Georgia. “Don’t give up on him [President Trump].” If Tuberville does in fact join Brooks in his efforts, he would be in direct opposition of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. On Tuesday during a private caucus, McConnell warned Republicans not to fight the election results. In addition, the Senate Majority Leader publicly doubled down on his sentiment at a press briefing. “For me,” McConnell stated. “And I think on the basis of the way the system works, the decision by the electoral college was determinant.” Despite this intimidation from the top, Tuberville’s campaign manager asserted he is the right senator to support Brooks. **** Watch the video or remain ignorant. Your choice people.
