http://www.dispatch.com/news/201807...cts-jim-jordans-claim-he-hasnt-been-contacted Is that what the GOP has devolved into? Pressed on how he could be so certain that Jordan knew about the abuse at the time, DiSabato said there were many conversations in which he acknowledged Strauss' alleged actions. "It just sounded like, 'Jim, can you believe this dude? He's out of his mind,'" DiSabato said, adding that Jordan's response would be along the lines of: "If he ever touches me, I'll kill him." Former Ohio State wrestler Mike DiSabato, one of the first victims to report Dr. Richard Strauss’ alleged misconduct to Ohio State, told The Dispatch he is disappointed by Jordan’s response, calling the congressman “a coward.” “He knew, did know, and it’s very disappointing that he has now denied knowledge, not once, but twice,” DiSabato said. “I’ve never known Jim Jordan to be a coward, frankly, but this shows that his own interest in seeking higher office is more important than the health, safety and well being of his friends and athletes who competed for him and with him.”
at least it'll keep him busy from destroying Mueller's investigation. Soros now needs to dig dirt on Nunez
Mike DiSabato told CNN that not only was Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) aware of the alleged sexual abuse on the Ohio State wrestling team, but that he personally witnessed inappropriate behavior in the team shower. DiSabato described an environment where student-athletes shared a shower with staff and faculty members who “were involved in lewd acts that included public masturbation” and “excessive soaping of their groin area.” Said DiSabato: “I considered Jim Jordan a friend. But at the end of the day, he is absolutely lying if he says he doesn’t know what was going on.”
Jim Jordan is a “freedom caucus” moron that loves to go on Fox News and make the wildest allegations without any regard for the truth. The universe has its ways of evening these things out. See you on Fox Representative Jordan.
My comment was tongue in cheek. The abuse investigation has been going on for more than a year, the timing just happens to be fortunate is all.
“Five former wrestlers, including former UFC world champion Mark Coleman, said this week that Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) was aware of, but didn’t respond to, allegations of sexual misconduct by an Ohio State University team doctor when the lawmaker was an assistant wrestling coach there in the 1990s,” the Wall Street Journalreports. Said Coleman: “There’s no way unless he’s got dementia or something that he’s got no recollection of what was going on at Ohio State… I have nothing but respect for this man, I love this man, but he knew as far as I’m concerned.”
