http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slat...k_jameis_winston_won_t_face_rape_charges.html Short version: FSU student goes to police and says she was raped by an unknown black guy. She later sees him on campus and IDs him to police. Unfortunately, he is the star QB of the football team. Police slow walk investigation, then State's Attorney gets involved. Does this remind you of any other high profile Florida cases? Only in this one, the victim was a white girl who couldn't summon the race hustlers to start riots and force a cowardly governor to press charges, no matter the evidence. The State Attorney, actually I should put the Attorney part in quotation marks since it's hard to believe he has a law degree, issued a press release saying there was insufficient evidence to go forward with a prosecution. Let's see, we have a woman who came forward immediately claiming rape by an unknown man. Later she identified him. Then her ID was confirmed by DNA evidence in her underwear. The counter evidence seems to be that FSU has a damn good chance of being number one in the country and raking in a ton of money, and it would be a shame to spoil it over some he said/she said incident. I wonder if Gloria Allred and the shrieking harpie Nancy Grace will go nuts over this or , since the accused is a black guy, keep quiet like good liberals. I wonder if he reminds Obama of the son he never had? Will Eric Holder be getting involved? Will the media demand a prosecution? Or will we be told that the we have to respect the criminla justice system, blah blah blah?
