Suburbs? Oh man, like actual suburbs not directly adjacent to downtown? Good Lord that is a really bad idea. Somebody might not appreciate people on their lawn if you know what I mean.
Sadly you’d just be punishing their parents as most live at home in their parents basements. Come to think of it, must be why Biden’s so popular with the Antifa crowd.
Many places actually identify them and then later go arrest them. Others, post their names and addresses on wanted list...if someone had been injured or killed...there's a reward for telling the police where they're located so that they can be arrested. Nothing has changed about that for many decades on crime watchers channels. Except, now with social media...police are catching looters selling their goods as expected. In fact, hundreds have been arrested that way including people robbing looters via breaking into their homes and robbing them of the stolen goods. By the way, I wouldn't doubt that the face of the little girl being used for propaganda like that...they'll most likely be sued in court for using their child's picture like that...similar to Trump campaign being sued by Canadian music artist when the campaign used their music without permission and after being told NO when they were asked for permission. Pandemic has caused financial hard times...everybody trying to make a buck any way possible...some getting arrested and some getting sued in court. Here's a novel thought...everybody arrested or sued in court for doing illegal acts... Make them all take a Covid-19 vaccine that has been fast track through the clinical trials including skipping phase 3 safety trials thanks to the White House pressure. Yet, the best punishment for those encouraging these problems is to run them out of office when they run for re-elections on any government level or just have them fired. wrbtrader
The photographer (father) and daughter have actively promoted the use of the photo and started the meme. "Dave and Zoe, who were both "jazzed" by the attention the photo had received." If you continually submit the photo to meme generation sites & other online sites, and actively urge others to use it --- then I don't think you have much of a case in a lawsuit over someone using it.
I'm not filing a lawsuit and the daughter has not actively promoted the use of the photo. It's actually two photos...the photo in the background has permission...the photo merged on top via the girl...does not have permission. I'm not sure if its the same photographer or two completely different photographers in which an ad agency, organization that merged the two photos together as one. If someone cares about it...that's another story but its common business when multiple images are merged together to create a theme via simply slapping on some subject titles. makeameme.org reguarly removes meme images for whatever reasons. A valid link to an image (meme) today may not be a valid link next year and you will not know why. Same with the meme sources I use @ giphy.com Images (memes) sometimes become a dead link...months or years later without explanation...not uncommon due to a legal issue about its use. wrbtrader
