JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday signaled that he was moving ahead with U.S. President Donald Trump's proposal to transfer the Palestinian population out of Gaza, calling it “the only viable plan to enable a different future" for the region.

Netanyahu discussed the plan with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who kicked off a Middle East visit by endorsing Israel's war aims in Gaza, saying Hamas “must be eradicated.” That created further doubt around the shaky ceasefire as talks on its second phase are yet to begin.

Rubio, in his upcoming stops in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, is likely to face more pushback from Arab leaders over Trump's proposal, which includes redeveloping Gaza under U.S. ownership. Netanyahu has said all emigration from Gaza should be “voluntary,” but rights groups and other critics say that the plan amounts to coercion given the territory's vast destruction….”

This plan to remove the Palestinians from Gaza is absurd and a classic example of ethnic cleansing.

It's not Trump's plan, it's his plan and he told Trump to take the spotlight. I have zero doubt about this, it's just too obvious.

Recently, the news media asked a dozen Palestinian Americans who voted for Trump if they still believe he's best for the Palestine people in protecting Gaza...

Amazingly all of them said YES.

I started thinking after Trump and Netanyahu bleached the land of the people and then rebuild it as a Middle East Rivera (as they suggested)...Trump will ensure there's a few McDonald's and Burger King's built there along with Christian churches. :banghead:

5 years after the fast-food restaurants land in Palestine...cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, heart disease will skyrocket through the roof for any Palestinian lucky enough to be allowed to stay and work for their new masters.

10 years later, heart attacks will be the #1 killer and not bombs or exploding cell phones/pagers.

If this is "classic", list any other similar situations to which this one is similar.

Also, if you leave a peoples in place, and somehow erase or change the way they think, would that be ethnic cleansing?

Next, if you eliminated 100% of Gazan warriors for Allah, would you even be eliminating any particular ethnicity? 100% of Gazans = .05% of all Egyptian and Jordanian Arabs, of whom they are a subset.

Israelis are not so racist that they think any one ethnicity needs to vanish from the earth. What needs to vanish are erroneous ideas about god which define a rotting culture that stinks. From these rotting cultures comes the idea that one particular ethnicity needs to vanish violently.

That is, there are erroneous ideas about god, and then there are festering cesspools of toxic stinking lethality based on really rancid insane ideas about god which people smear onto themselves and identify with together as a superior clan who enjoys the stank of their own collection of stinky stew.

Can you think of any cultures that wish for Israelis to vanish based on ethnicity? Or any culture based on a mandate to seize all lands worldwide, regardless of prior ethnic habitation?

It's ideas like this that need to be moved, be resettled, be banished, be relocated. Moving is problematic to the degree people identify with their stinking ideas, and even boast about them, feeling narcissistically satisfied with them as they help people feel superior and supremacists amongst themselves while their ideas rot relentlessly.

Moving such ideas further away is historically "classic" when the violence and bloodshed flowing from the ideas endangers one's neighbors.

The need to be moved, in this case, has already been adjudicated over many years. It is not an unjust verdict.

It is not practical or possible to hear every single case, how involved each man, woman or child had been involved in the crimes of October 7. What we know is cultures festering on rotting ideas generally functions as a collective, and need to be removed as a collective, until individuals can be vetted thoroughly enough to be trusted to live in peace as good neighbors.

Again, is reeducation-in-place possible, practical or safe, in this situation? No. We don't even know if reeducation is possible. So there needs to be a buffer zone between really rotting ideas and peoples who function as normal neighbors in a civilized world. The uglier the rotting ideas are, the greater the buffer zone needs to be between them and people who don't launch deadly surprise attacks on their neighbors.

If you launch a deadly surprise attack on your neighbor, you have to be moved, if you lose the battle.

    This is basic World 101.

What is cleansing? In what world is moving the same as killing?

@Tsing Tao do you agree with moving/forcing the gazans out?

Do you agree with having talks about ending a war Ukraine Russia without the Ukraine’s at the table?

"I think it's going very well," Trump said of U.S. efforts to end the war. "But today I heard, oh, 'Well, we weren't invited.' Well, you've been there for three years. You should have ended it three years -- you should have never started it.

One last question. Is Musk heading DOGE or not and if not who is?

thought I’d ask all these while I was asking

  10. He will not answer you because he would rather sit on high and rain down sarcasm rather than answer. In fact he will most likely ask you to do his research for him and find him facts as he is too lazy to do it himself....

Imagine telling Ukraine you should have ended the war Russia started by invading you... its one thing to say that Biden did nothing to bring the parties to peace talks, it is another to say Ukraine did nothing to appease the invaders so they would....stop invading?
