You are comparing not just Apples and Oranges but the moon with a monkey. 294 million USD was spent AT ONE POINT by the US on Palestinian aid which amounts to 0.7% the amount spent on Israeli defense programs ALONE. The average annual spending on Palestinian aid amounts to close to zero. (Which is not the issue here at all, I am not saying the US should spend more on Palestine, so do not make this an issue where there is no issue. I am not even talking about Palestine, but pick any US allies. Nobody here is arguing that allies in general do not deserve more aid than foes. So, pick an allied nation and show how the US EACH YEAR spends more than 5% of the aid transferred to Israel. A special friend is one thing, a long-term allied nation one thing, paying a whore for her services is one thing, transferring billions of dollars to a nation that attacks you each time a vote or decision by you does not go in their favor is an entirely different story.
