Is this the most volatile market ever? I think so.

    • Since 1999 I don't think the markets have been so volatile.
    • I don't think 2000 or 2008 was like this for so long.

if you are asking me.........me I got slaughtered by eurusd

  6. Not even close to 2008 or 1987. The whole period from 1997 until 2003 had heightened volatility comparable to what we're seeing these last couple of weeks.

This is pretty standard movement so far. Just larger charts at play. If you have an quantifiable edge you use for trading / intra-day trading just pull up larger charts and you'll see the same crap just now we have a wider ATR.

Granted intra-day price action can be annoying on your longs since price fades so fast due to panic selling, but other than that it's just the larger charts finally went to more bearish after all this time.

Trading opportunities there every single day. All you need to do is look for it. Turn off CNBC, Bloomberg, etc. Ignore the trolls on ET. Focus on the stockcharts only.
