Is this fake. I can't believe people can do this to dogs

  1. There is no way a dog would fall into that well.
It makes me suspect the Indian posters are doing this on purpose to deceive donations.
Dogs are angels, I just can't believe anyone could throw a dog of that size down a well

"Animal Aid Unlimited was founded in 2002 by Erika, Jim and Claire Abrams, originally hailing from Seattle in the United States. They opened the Animal Aid Hospital in 2003.[3] As of 2018, there is a 50 member staff which works towards the rescue, welfare and treatment of various animals in and around the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan."

Anything run by Americans has an especially strong possibility of being a scam as Americans are very often involved in fake charity and religion marketing.

However you can check out this TEDx talk by a founder and make a call for yourself. I assume this is the mother?

  4. We will never know, I guess? Atleast I can say that humanity faith restored.

  5. I saw a few other videos by the same poster. A lot of the rescues are hard to believe and look like intentionally produced. Anyways, I wish the rescues are real and they are doing good things to the world; if they were fake to cheat donations and harm dogs in the process, wish those guys get eaten alive by wild dogs in hell.

I contacted someone from the UK who said they volunteered there a few days (not a fake persona way too much Facebook) and I am satisfied the organisation is doing the work they say they are and as best as this person could say, the family were not evil sociopaths.

I'll add them to my donation list. I have spent several months in India and I am not surprised by the dilemmas animals get into. Dogs do fall into holes, or are thrown there when a nuisance to someone perhaps.

If you had a car crash there and were half dead it is very likely nobody would approach you in some areas for fear of getting in trouble in some way. They are just too poor to risk getting caught up in claims for medical fees or police corruption. If that is for humans, the animals have it worse and though I am not sure if it makes any difference in the scale of things, they seem to be a good example so worth of some support.
