is there a Regional Banks Bear 3x etf? like opposite of DPST?

    is there a Regional Banks Bear 3x etf? like opposite of DPST? There was WDRW but it does not show trading

    Same here= must be a real good reason why no regional banks X 3 inverse, because most all that other stuff has an inverse.....................................
