    We need to build more prisons until the crime rate goes down, especially in the inner cities. We shouldn't let these concerns stop us.

    They could profit from automatic fines placed on communicating dissent or promoting freedom.
    Majority of inmates in federal prison want smaller gov't, they're on the right side.
    Crime is a policy, just crack down on corruption at the top.
