The more I read about these elections, and the more I am finding these cruel. We've seen it in some EU countries, when a rich business person goes into politics, and basically get some real "spanking", as the truth being business people are no match to real politicians when it comes to playing dirty. Politicians, well before going for major elections, clean up all their dirt, make peace with former foes and enemies, do "charity", and to repair/arrange things many years before attempting major elections. Obviously business people have no clue that when challenging real politicians: they have not done their homework many years ago ( repairing, etc) so all their foibles, faults, mistakes and mostly all their most outrageous stuff that has not been sorted will be put out. Now, I have to ask : am I the only few who are starting to feel real sorry for Trump? I mean, he has been a cocain addict ( quiet understandable as per his lifestyle in the 80s), and still one ( no hint of rehab, etc). Can't people give him some slack ? everybody knows that coke addicts actually go through a harsh time: you don't do drugs because "all is great".
Trump is a very amped up high energy individual who only sleeps 4 hours a night.I wouldn't be surprised if he was on cocaine.
what about defamation ? why do you feel the need to make false accusations about people? An adult molesting a kid : why do you feel the need to make false accusations of my doing such an evil crime ?
Trump being a coke user is not something Trump should be ashamed of. On the contrary, he should be coming out loud about it : how often have people heard about coke users who are pretenders for the most important job in the world, President of the United States. His coming out would raise the self-esteem of all the addicts out there - be it drug, sex or alcohol addiction. They will know that addiction is not a glass ceiling, and instead of hiding in shame, they'd recognise what they do, and make good out of it.
I will politely urge once again that everyone in the P&R be civil to one another and focus on posting about the issues instead of flinging insults at other posters. I recognize that there is significant disagreement on many issues; however it would be best if we can still be somewhat polite in our interactions with others.
There seems to be a pattern appearing. Few posts ago, someone accused me of doing scams on facebook - when I do not even have a facebook. Now accusations of I'd say the most despictable crime. fhl, or whoever is ghosting fhl: It says : Do NOT Lie.
Trump has always spoke out against drinking, smoking and drugs. I mean, he gets a bit of a runny nose and suddenly he's a coke addict? You lefties are really reaching, aren't you?
If you are a trader, and has spent some time in SOME trading floors, we all know what a continuous "running nose" means. I myself, at one time confused it for a cold, till I knew better. It is true that coke addiction is not something people are proud of, but it is time to come out of it: Trump has a great opportunity to really help by his honesty throusands - if not millions - of people who are into addiction. His example would allow many addicts to feel strong enough to say "yes, I admit. I am a coke( alcohol, sex, whatever) addict".
