Racial is simply having a racial prejudice or ignorance. Racism is using your power to hinder someone because of race—it is prejudice plus power. Racial is prejudice without power. It doesn’t matter if you are prejudice, for example, you don’t want to dine with Black people. Who cares? But, if you try to prevent, complain, or, otherwise try to hinder Black people from dining in a restaurant that is open to the general public then that is racism. America is full of racial people. How can they not be based on the culture and history of the country? And, yes most of them have racist moments, some more than others. Be knowledgeable and keep your racism in check. Not my comment. I've seen the video where he tries to ask questions and she looks at him with this weird, smug face. It's terrible. It's racist.
