IS GM liable for $10 billion in Delphi pension obligations?

    If so then that's great news. Congress should act quick to ensure that GM does not transfer its pension obligations to the PBGC.

    The only figure they have offered is between $0 and $12 billion. I seem to remember an analyst estimating $7 billion, not sure what that was based upon though.:eek:
