I have been researching and I called SogoTrade today. It seems Genesis is not providing broker services anymore. I'm trying to get in contact with their LASER team too. Could someone tell me further information? I suspect that Genesis might be private now, meaning not providing public brokerage but continue to provide customized services... Help
