Is Bernie Sanders crazy or a genius: how do you think his policies would affect the economy

I know it would all depend on if he could get anything through congress, but if he did, would the net effect be positive or negative for the economy?

    For example:

Are his socialist policies regarding education reform what we need help get people out of debt and spending more?

Or would the increased corporate taxes kill investment?

it's impossible to raise corporate taxes. Oh, you can raise the rate, but along with that comes about 5,000 more pages of obscure loopholes that are included to get the votes. That's why all corporate taxes should be eliminated. They take up about 90% of our tax code and contribute very little to the treasury. Corporations love corporate taxes. They use them to keep out competition and control their particular bribed members of congress.

See post-Chavez Venezuala to understand what would happen if Bernie got his way.

  4. Ditto!

Socialism/Progressive-ism is a CANCER! It kills everything it touches.

What Americans SHOULD want (and was bestowed upon us by our genius Founders)... it the potential to "make your own way in life, benefiting from your efforts without the government on your back". (Used to be that way in America until the Progressives got their greedy, power-hungry hooks into everybody's neck.)

Sanders is nothing more than "I'm power hungry (just like Hillary)... and to accomplish my goals, I will take from the makers and give to the takers... then call it "justice". (In exchange for their vote, of course.) BULLSHIT!! He's no different from Castro, Hugo Chavez, or other Socialist wannabes.

    :(

socialism looks good on paper, but nobody has ever got it to work in real life. I'm a Christian, I believe in the Bible, 10% of your wealth should always be tithed to socialism. That's it, and no more.
