Some forum admins keep them, imagining that it’s all fresh content for search engines to index, with SEO benefits; others remove them, because they’re not original content anyway, and they’re all zero-value garbage that can only irritate human members. Maybe best to avoid this "Forex" sub forum unless you have a strong stomach? The proportion of bots here is pretty high.
