New poll out from the De Moines Register puts Warren in the lead 23 - 20 over Biden, but it’s essentially a tie because it’s within the MoE. Other take always is Bernie is fading hard right now and Buttigieg is gaining ground pretty fast.

Warren overtaking Biden is not why I am here, though. What I am interested in - sincerely - is exactly how the caucus works. My understanding is that if a candidate does not get 15% after the first round then those caucus goers have to choose another candidate and the process starts all over again without candidates that didn’t make the cut.

So how do they stop the caucus? Is it when every candidate left gets above 15%?

Google search told me not much; except a big win in Iowa tends to be the party winner- but not the President, all the time.
    Gov/Pres Bill Clinton 98%, Iowa, 1996
    al ''climate scamer/loser'' gore 63%, Iowa,2000 LOL
Gov/Pres Ronald Reagan Unopposed, Iowa ,1988

  3. If Bernie drops out by November, the poll numbers will shift dramatically. Bernie has to know he can never get the nomination so he is just fucking things up for everyone else in the party. Not that the polls should be the determining factor this early but common sense tells you Bernie is just messing things up.

He should drop out and let them kiss his ass for his votes and then if the Dem wins he can get a bullshit post given to unqualified people, like HUD.

I don’t see Bernie giving up on his revolution but it’s clear, the writing is on the wall for socialist takeover of the Democratic Party. It ain’t happening and that’s a good thing.

The left/left is almost homeless now with Warren now having to answer how she would pay for all of her “plans.” They’ll be back to bathing regularly and getting haircuts sooner than later hopefully.
