I dont know if this means anything, but lets keep an eye on rates, they could be headed much higher, this would encourage folks in the US to save, something that is needed. But never underestimate the greedy wall street bankers, they want your money, and with all the Jewish people in the Treasury and also the Federal reserve they will always support the financial industry on wall street. Maybe the Democrats, will give the crooks a hard time lets hope so.
