    Hello!

Who know where is on website the Interactive Brokers freeback? I found "Contact Interactive Brokers Help Desk" but this form don't work! I fill the form pressing "send inquiry" and website showing to me 403 error - Forbidden. Email I can't find too.

How can I contact to Interactive Brokers via email or website or this is possible do only via phone?

Took me about 30 sec to find on my shitty tablet . Took much longer to post it on this messed up site.
existing customers contact ib via ticket system. Not sure why you can't find the way to contact them. Plenty of options including chat

  5. Hello,
I have same problem, unable to contact Interactive Brokers through help desk form at
    http://individuals.interactivebrokers.com/en/general/contact/newContact/contact.php
I don't have other way to contact them as they refuse to reply to inquiries sent to newaccounts@interactivebrokers.com and I don't have approved account yet (no chat or message center to use).

    Submitting the form results in:
    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cstools/contact/index.php on this server.

    Tried firefox and IE.

https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=3869 and http://individuals.interactivebrokers.com/en/general/contact/newContact/contact.php - don't work I used the Opera and The FireFox browser! I don't understand how Bob111 had contact ib via ticket system.

ok it's stupid but I do it, I go on the web page "OPEN AN ACCOUNT" and where is the link "Help Me", next step I open the application form and I again can't see link "Help Me" or "Live chat".

It's mysterious broker. Either all staff have been fired or the IB is closed! :)

Nah..they never closed. They have multiple offices all over the world. I use to trade a lot and occasionally run into a problems and there is always someone 24/7. If not in US, then HK or office in Europe will pick up the phone (I'm talking about trading related issues) . As for email inquiries- see it yourself. Pic from my crappy Samsung galaxy (first one)
